ABOUT THE PROGRAMME

Our impact so far

A cohort of up to twelve people will be selected for a two-day programme of coachingtraining and network development. Identifying and addressing specific challenges; exploring legal, financial and governance skills as well as building and sustaining partnerships.

Community organisations have long faced challenges around funding, governance and exclusion from decision making. Working with our partners CABAD and the Leeds Community FoundationThe 35 will assist minority-led organisations build capability, capacity and resilience, ensuring they’re at the forefront of the district’s recovery from COVID-19.

By the end of The 35, we intend to position each organisation to be ready for funding and ready to scale up sustainability.
