RESTART is a post recovery programme developed in partnership with the Racial Equality Network, based on experiences supporting BAME (Black, Asian & minority ethnic) organisations in the VCSE (Voluntary, Community & Social Enterprise) sector and in consultation with a number of partners and organisations.

Organisational Health Checks

Have an expert consultant review your business and create an individual development plan.

Organisational Health Checks

Every participant organisation in RESTART will undergo an Organisational Health Check which will help to identify gaps and provide support with training, capacity building, business planning, income generation, funding support, HR, Legal, environmental sustainability, financial resilience, monitoring and impact assessments and becoming Tender Ready.
The health check place will take place online and once needs are identified – whether on HR guidance, training, business development, governance, policies –RESTART will offer two days consultancy support to each participant organisation, including 1-1 support and workshops.

Who we're supporting

Nuneaton Signs

Provides meaningful employment and training for people with disabilities through the manufacture and sale of signs.

ABC Life Support

Delivers physical and mental health first aid training to companies and individuals, with profits invested in disadvantaged groups.

Morgan Development

Provides training and apprenticeship opportunities for disadvantaged people. They only work with BAME-led supply chains.

Paint 360

Recycles and re-engineers unwanted paint and paint pots destined for landfill or incineration, employing young people with barriers to employment.

Greenstream Flooring

Extends the life cycle of flooring of commercial flooring for maximum social and environmental benefit.
