Inward Investment & Partnership Manager
Salary: £35-37,000 per annum

Impact Hub Bradford is looking to recruit a talented and skilled Inward Investment & Partnerships Manager who will lead a strategic approach to funding and inward investment (grants, commissions, crowd funding and contracts) for the VCSE and community business sector in Bradford.

 

A partnership of local infrastructure partners have defined a framework which the Inward Investment Manager will use to coordinate this work. They will act as a Strategic Champion for the VCSE sector to bring additional resources to the District and…

  • Support individual VCSE organisations to secure inward investment in partnership.
  • focus on large scale investments (£250,000+) from outside the district.
  • Work in collaboration with existing community assets and infrastructure organisations.

 

You will have a degree and post-qualification experience in securing investments at district, regional and national scale. Building and strong relationships, as well as promoting the need and aspirations of local communities will be an advantage. Some weekend and evening work will be required, so flexibility is essential.

Personal Assistant to CEO / Office Administrator
Salary: £18000 pro rate, per annum

Impact Hub Bradford is looking to recruit an Office Administrator ready to shape and take on the challenges of a creating and maintaining a startup organisation’s administrative needs.

 

The successful candidate will have at least one year’s experience of working in an office environment and familiar with Microsoft Office (including Access), GSuite and in taking accurate minutes.

 

Having multilingual skills in South Asian languages would be a key advantage, as would experience of working in a multicultural inner-city community context. Some weekend and evening work will be required, so flexibility is essential.

Impact Hub Bradford is looking to recruit a skilled and talented Business Engagement Officer, to help establish, grow and facilitate effective solutions for local employers to meet their recruitment and workforce development needs. Experience of developing strong partnerships across sectors and finding innovative pathways to employment for unemployed people will be an advantage.

 

You will come with extensive experience of recruitment, workforce development and business improvement as well as a minimum of 5 GCSEs, including English Language. Some weekend and evening work will be required, so flexibility is essential
