Together with Swiss Re, Impact Hub and BOOKBRIDGE, the first edition of Shine Programme UK, will support next generation social innovators in translating their ideas and solutions into scalable business models to maximize social impact.

Our impact so far
After successful editions of Shine in India, Switzerland, Slovakia and USA, we are looking to support early-stage entrepreneurs in UK, who are trying to address challenges in the areas of:
- Natural hazard and climate risk management (Climate smart agriculture, Disaster risk reduction, Coastal resilience, Transformation to net zero – e.g. renewable energy, afforestation, recycling)
- Access to health (including healthy nutrition).
Criteria
For the social enterprise ecosystem and the community and voluntary sectors, we know this will be a vital development.

Help creating a financially feasible and scalable business plan that can have tangible social impact.
Mentoring Sessions
Partner with Swiss Re experts and leadership & business coaches.
Investment Opportunity
At the end of the programme, the selected innovator stands a chance to win financial award of up to £30000 to fuel their growth.
Expert-Led Workshops
The selected social entrepreneur will go through a six-month immersive nurture program.
